Stacey Maddox is a real estate marketing director in San Antonio with over 20 years of experience in branding, advertising, social media, and graphic design. She has worked across a variety of industries, including real estate, nonprofit, healthcare, oil and gas, and disaster recovery. Stacey is known for combining creative vision with strategic planning to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
At The Schrader Group, she leads all real estate marketing efforts. This includes brand development, website management, social media strategy, print collateral, and custom property marketing plans. Her work helps maximize exposure and drive faster, more profitable home sales.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Colorado Mesa University and an Associate of Applied Arts in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Seattle. Her strong foundation in design and communications supports her success in today’s fast-paced real estate market.

In her free time, Stacey loves traveling, painting, golfing, and exploring the Texas Hill Country. She also values quality time with her husband and family and stays active in the local community through volunteer work.
