April serves clients throughout the San Marcos and greater San Antonio area, combining strong communication skills with a strategic mindset to help buyers and sellers navigate each step of the real estate process with clarity and confidence.
With a background in cinema production and over a decade of experience behind the camera, April offers a unique advantage in real estate—an understanding of how presentation, storytelling, and visual impact influence buyer perception. Before entering real estate, she spent five years in Los Angeles producing, directing, and editing short films for festivals, followed by work creating cinematic wedding films and real estate media.
Today, she continues to apply that expertise through professional real estate photography, immersive 3D Matterport tours, and FAA-certified drone work. This combination of real estate knowledge and visual marketing allows her to position listings in a way that stands out in a competitive market.
Her approach is both analytical and creative—focused on solving problems, anticipating challenges, and presenting properties in their strongest possible light.

Personal Background
Originally from Nebraska, April moved to New York City after high school to study theater at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy. Her creative path later led her to Seattle’s indie film scene, where she met her husband, and then to Los Angeles before the couple eventually relocated to Central Texas.
Now based in San Marcos, April is a homeschooling mom of two daughters. She enjoys gardening, cooking, yoga, photography, and home design projects. Her family loves spending time at the river and embracing the outdoor lifestyle that Central Texas offers.
