Professional Experience
Denese began her career within the real estate industry in 1996 working in administration. In 1999, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent working in residential real estate sales, property management and later earning her Brokers License, and Principles of Real Estate Instructors License. She co-owned a small construction/remodeling company and has worked for a national builder here in San Antonio.
Denese’s vast range of knowledge and experience in the industry make her a huge asset throughout your real estate transaction. She values open communication, and makes building relationships with her clients a priority. Clients become friends and sometimes more like family which she loves about this industry, and ultimately assisting them year after year making their real estate dreams a reality.
Personal Background
Denese comes from a military family and lived in Northern Virginia and the Hampton Roads Military City area. In 2014, she relocated to San Antonio where she plans to call home through retirement. She loves the variety of new foods, concerts and outdoor activities the city offers. Denese proudly holds the MRP designation and is a Certified EXP Mentor.
Denese has two beautiful daughters, two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time at the lake or beach with friends and family.
