Evan Balfour began his real estate journey in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience in understanding and meeting client needs. Brought up in a real estate family, he has been surrounded by industry leaders who have helped shape his career. While attending UTSA and working at The Schrader Group’s office, Evan’s commitment to his professional development led him to gradually take on more responsibilities, including client relations and office operations.
Evan started working towards obtaining his real estate license in 2023. His innate passion for delivering an exceptional home-buying and home-selling experience for his clients, combined with his refined communication and negotiation skills, make Evan a valuable real estate agent. He is proud to continue in the footsteps of his father, Bruce Balfour, building a lasting legacy in the San Antonio community.
Personal Background
Born in New Orleans, Evan relocated to San Antonio at the age of 5, following Hurricane Katrina. After graduating from Clark High School, where he actively participated in football, he pursued higher education at UTSA and received a B.A. in Communications. In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with friends, meeting new people, and trying out new local restaurants.
