Professional Experience
Monica has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994. She coordinates the buying, escrow and closing process for all our clients. Previously, she worked in home construction where she did purchasing, onsite sales, project management and was a superintendent. Monica has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Awards and Recognition
Superintendent of the Year – Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) – 1997
Monica was the youngest and first female to be awarded.
Assisted with the building of two Parade of Homes entries – 1996 Dominion Parade & 1998 Village Green Parade.
Personal Background
Monica was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from Providence High School. She has six rescue dogs and volunteers to train service dogs for veterans. She is a 2nd degree black belt in Chinese/Shaolin Kung Fu, enjoys stained/mosaic glass and is a mixed media artist.
