Texas Association of Builders (TAB) STAR Awards
For more than three decades, the Texas Association of Builders STAR Awards have celebrated excellence throughout the Texas homebuilding industry. The statewide awards recognize builders, remodelers, architects, designers, sales and marketing professionals, and industry partners who demonstrate outstanding work in their respective fields.
At the 2026 STAR Awards, The Schrader Group was honored with two awards:
REALTOR® of the Year – Raul Jimenez III
Raul was recognized for his professionalism, industry involvement, results, and continued dedication to serving clients and building strong partnerships throughout the San Antonio homebuilding community.
Associate Best Sales Brochure – The Schrader Group
This award honors excellence in overall theme, graphic design, effective communication, value, and support of the selling effort. For our team, it’s especially meaningful because it reflects the creativity and collaboration that go into developing marketing materials that showcase homes and help buyers make informed decisions.
Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) Summit Awards
Closer to home, The Schrader Group was also honored at the 2026 Greater San Antonio Builders Association Summit Awards:
REALTOR® of the Year – Raul Jimenez III
Raul was once again recognized for his continued dedication to his clients, strong relationships with local builders and developers, and leadership within San Antonio’s real estate and homebuilding community.
This marks five consecutive years that Raul has received the GSABA REALTOR® of the Year honor. He has earned the recognition every year from 2022 through 2026.
