REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE – APRIL 2023

We are entering peak buying season in San Antonio. There are a lot of opportunities for homebuyers in 2023 and mortgage lenders are offering a variety of options, such as buy-down programs and adjustable-rate mortgages (ARM) to keep monthly payments within budget at a lower monthly cost than what they would be if you waited a year to buy.
